Freelance Artworker / Visualiser

We deliver communication campaigns, using print, presentations, film, photography and interactive media on a job-by-job basis. We are specifically looking for someone with:

  • Strong retouching and visualisation skills.
  • The ability to enhance visual concepts.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially with an in-depth knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Excellent layout skills, use of styles and strong typographical knowledge.
  • Good communication / collaboration skills to engage with studio team and clients.
  • Reporting skills in order to provide progress updates at every stage of the production process.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to handle numerous requests, all with varying degrees of priority and deadline constraints. Confident in use of online work assignment tools to manage work tasks.
  • A methodical approach to work and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to ensure artwork is consistent, accurate and follows the project guidelines.
  • Ability to adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and/or formats

    • You should be based in the UK and for the first project and be willing to work in our studio in Brighton, after an initial trial period hybrid working is possible. Flexibility is important to us.

    Freelance Copywriter

    We deliver communication campaigns, using print, presentations, film, photography and interactive media on a job-by-job basis.

    We are specifically looking for someone with 8+ years’ experience who:

  • Continually raises the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience.
  • Comfortably varies voice, style, and other characteristics in line with the project strategy.
  • Can interpret creative briefs to develop and enhance creative concepts.
  • Has experience of writing for corporate clients. (nice to have)
  • Has experience in Transport and Construction. (nice to have)
  • Is able to apply a copy tone to long form text.
  • Has experience collaborating with creative teams from concept development to delivery of final product.
  • Confidently presents copy concepts and final deliverables to our internal team, to the client when needed, and participates in client pitches on occasion.
  • Is willing to revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction.

    • You should be based in the Brighton / Sussex area or in London and willing to travel. There will be a combination of studio days and home working on each project we work on. Flexibility is important to us.

    Freelance Senior Graphic Designer

    We deliver communication campaigns, using print, presentations, film, photography, and interactive media on a job-by-job basis.

    We are specifically looking for someone with 8+ years’ experience who:

  • Has a strong aesthetic sense and is a creative thinker with real attention to detail.
  • Collaborates with creative teams in strategic design thinking and brainstorming, ensuring quality work from conception to final delivery.
  • Is aware of the current design trends, tools, and techniques, and is fully competent in Creative Suite, predominantly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Can effectively communicate ideas in sketches prior to computer visualisation.
  • Can confidently present work to the team and clients if required.
  • Has a good sense of typographical balance and is able to adapt concepts to be relevant to the project.
  • Has experience in transport, construction, or infrastructure industries (nice to have)
  • Has experience of designing for print and digital.
