It is about delivering messages in a clear and appropriate way. <br/><br/> There are times where any display of excess is seen as a negative. Nevertheless, solid and well constructed communication is still needed to win a bid. That is where we help. <br/><br/>These images are a great example of where we got the message just right. The final presentation represented the journey our client had taken with the Authority. The design and quality in the delivery of this message was a key instrument for our client to win the bid.Strategy / Innovation Workshops <br/><br/> Our workshops form an integral part of our process. We facilitate the bid team through the complexities of the bid, challenging assumptions, pushing boundaries but most importantly producing results that builds unity within the team and clarifies a way forward. Sometimes they will form the basis of a competitive strategy, othertimes they will help shave £100,000 off the bid costs through creative innovation. A room of 60 people had to be able to see, engage with, and understand the content of Skanska's Essex BSF bid. We created a dynamic, and very interactive presentation, which could be content managed right up to the last minute.<br/><br/>Video, stills, and animations were delivered seamlessly, and stylishly, in an interface which could be navigated and operated by presenters who had not used it prior to the day of presentation. The audience were so impressed and moved with the complete delivery on the day, Skanska's bid team got a standing ovation from the audience. A rare sight in this field.
